General Event Information

 

Gear Check

Gear Check will open at 8:00am & closes at 12 noon.  

*Please do not check any oversized items.  Brides Run is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

 

Rest Rooms

Rest Rooms will be available along the course route and at the start/end of the course.

 

Medical

Medical support will be provided at the finish line as well each aid station along the course.

 

Post Race Party

Bring your bridal party and join other brides and their bridal parties during a fun post race party that will involve music and mingling.

Prizes will be awarded for best bride costume, biggest team and best bridal theme.   Be sure to participate to win items that can be used in the planning of your big day.

 

Event Guidelines

 

Groups can be composed of as many individuals as you would like.  If you have a larger group, you can reserve a tent for your group.  

The following rules and guidelines are intended to help produce a fun and safe event for all participants.

 

-   Participants must follow all instructions given from all race directors, race staff, volunteers and medical personnel.
-   Participants understand and acknowledge Brides Run is an extreme event and accept all risks associated with the event.
-   Registration will close when the cap is reached.
-   Every participant must wear the provided Brides Run bib number clearly shown on the front. No participant will be  
    allowed to race without an official bib number.
-   In-line skates, bicycles, skateboards or any other type of wheeled device are strictly prohibited.
-   Participants must be physically able to complete the course and all obstacles.
-   Participants must be 14 years-old or older on race day.
-   Several videographers and photographers will be stationed along the course. Participants agree to allow the event  
    producer (FLOW Enterprises International, Inc) to use any pictures or video footage of the event for future promotional
    purposes.
-   No participant, after leaving the course, may return to the course or rejoin Brides Run.
-   Any participant found to have shortened the intended and marked course by any length is subject to disqualification.
-   Any participant with an unregistered pacesetter shall be disqualified.
-   Non-participants are not allowed on the Brides Run course or any obstacles at any time for any reason without prior    
    written approval.

 

During the event teams MAY NOT engage in unsportsmanlike or illegal conduct. Verbal or physical aggression towards the public, local officials, other participants or Brides Run staff, acts of vandalism, theft or harassment may result in disqualification from the race, at the discretion of Brides Run staff.
 
Brides Run staff reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team for any reason at any time upon their discretion.

 

In the event of physical injury, sickness, accident or any other incident which may bring into question an individual's ability to safely complete the race, Brides Run staff may disqualify the individual.

 

No registration refunds will be given for any reason.
